Knee Pain
I'm back in the saddle practicing up a storm, but I've noticed more and more pain in my left knee. Anyone have any suggestions for a brace or something to help with knee pain on your pedal leg?

Re: Knee Pain
1. Go see a Physical Therapist & get exercises to do.
2. Ibuprofen.
#1 above is the best choice. PT's are amazing.
Hope you get better soon.

Bill - You might reach out to our fellow steeler - Ricky Davis. He is a physical therapist.

Re: Knee Pain
I've been wearing a brace today and it seems to be helping a lot

Re: Knee Pain
Maybe consider taking a hard look at how you’re seated in relation to your left foot/knee and what you’re asking them both to do. Heck, for that matter maybe ALL of your body parts could use some introspection … something I’ve (sadly) been doing a lot of recently.
You might be able to find a seating alignment that works better for where your body parts are “now” rather than “before”.
