Dave, the Peavey 1203-4 ohm Black Widow was designed for our Nashville 112E speaker cabinets that we manufactured in the late 1990's. Unfortunately, we did not sell great quantities of the Nashville 112E after our customers requested it. Oh well.
Anyway, the complete 1203-4 BW can be purchased through your local authorized Peavey dealer. The item number is #0021100 and the U.S.MSRP is $149.99. Hope that this helps.

Dave, the 1203 BW's are outstanding speakers. After always using 15 inch speakers in the past, I tried a set of these. I am sold on them. They have plenty of low end response and the mids and highs are exceptional. They weigh in at 16 lbs and only slighly lighter than the 1501's. However, they are lighter than the JBL 120's I have.

To echo what's been said, the 1203-4 is the one. EV speakers, to my ears, are mid-rangey, good for guitars, not good for steels. JBL s don't have the bottom, in a regular cabinet. (I have a '62 piggy-back Standel with the large bass reflex cabinet that the JBL sounds good in and an Altec 417 sounds better in). My current favorite is an Ampeg Super Echo Twin, 1962, with a 1203 and a 417.

The obvious question: has anyone tried a Fender Twin Reverb with these Peavey 12" speakers? Should be a thumbs-up, right?
EDIT: Oh wait, they're 4 ohm, right? Sorry, impedance mismatch. Oooops!
