Trans-tube fex

Post by Justin Griffith »

Hi gang,
I have a couple of questions regarding the Trans-tubefex
1.) Does there need to be a card stuck in the front for it to work?
2.)If not when I turn it on all I get is black squares across the lcd sreen and the 4 led's are lit up at the bottom.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks,
Justin

Maybe Mike Brown will post about the reboot
function on this unit. You should post this
again as a question for him about a transfex.

Justin, talk to Mike Brown, then box it up and return it to Peaveys service center. I just returned my Tubefex and the charge was very reasonable. Quick turnaround too.

Justin, I don't have a Trans-tube fex but am using a Tubefex. Could it be that your VA (view angle) needs to be adjusted? If it is set wrong all you see is black boxes. To access the VA press the global setting as many times as needed until you see the VA appear and move over to it using a sideways cursor>. Adjust the angle now with the up and down cursor^ and go back to PLAY. See if this works.
And, no, you do not need to keep the card in the unit to use it.
