Paul Franklin CD with "Rocky Top"?

I have a friend that says that there is a CD or cassette by Paul Franklin with "Rocky Top" on it. Anyone know how I can get it? Can't seem to find it anywhere.

It's the 'Just Pickin' album. I wasn't aware of a medium other than vinyl available, but, like all of his instrumental stuff, IT'S KILLER. I'd suspect it's 'out of print'.

Don: I have the Record, when you come to the puddle this summer you can check it out. I know when I first heard it I just about grabbed my chainsaw.
