Gentlemen,
As far as I know, The last time I heard, Steve Palousek was playing for Ray Price. Steve got his start at the Louisiana Hayride. I hope I am correct, because when you hear things, they are not always right, and I don't like to quote someone on this forum and be wrong, and feel like an Jack Ass. After a while, people will not take you for your word...Anyway, Mr. Steve, a MONSTER PICKER is with Ray.

Danny Mohammad has been with him for a while. Mike Cass subbed a gig about a month ago. Jim Loessburg has subbed a couple recently as well. I won't quote anyone on this, but it came from pretty close to the horses mouth. I also recently played with some who have been with Ray recently (last few months).
Steve is a killer player, not to take anything away from him at all, believe me!!!

Danny Mohammed has been RP's steel man for the last thirteen years. There's been some sit-ins here and there but I think he's still there. Danny subbed for me a couple of months back and he was with him then. Bobby, Danny is a very fine player and also plays regular six string very well and from behind the steel too. Danny can cover the guitar and steel parts and does a hell of a good job at it. If you didn't see him you'd think there was two guys up there!
