Houston Marchman & PamTillis Steelers?

I was watching a show on the GAC channel tonight and seen a guy named Houston Marchman (I think) that sounded a lot like Steve Earl to me. Just wondering who the steel player was and who was the steeler with Pam Tillis?

Frank that was me w/Houston. I have not seen or heard that show yet.

Tim Sargent is playing with Pam..Formerly with Skaggs and most recently the Dixie Chicks..
