I noticed a post here from a Tony Farr. I have an old record by "Tony Farr and his Swinging Guitars" on the Enterprise label: What's the Use b/w You're the Only One. I think this may have been recorded in Houston in the late '50s. Is this the same Tony Farr who is a member of this group?

Yes Andrew, that is me. That was back in 58. I had just started playin the Galveston/Houston area. I went on the Don Mahony Kiddie Show in Houston, and he wanted to know if I wanted to make a record. I was still doing a lot of singing back then, now all I do is play steel and leave the singing to somebody else.

Thanks for your reply, Tony. I have a few questions about the recording but I'll email them privately.
