Jimmy Sarver
Does anyone around the Dallas, Garland, Mesquite area know what ever happened to Jimmy Sarver? I used to work with him at the Old Top Rail and other places in the Dallas area years ago. Haven't heard anything from him in the last ten or fifteen years.

JR: I wanted you to know I was really impressed by you leaving your guitar with Johnny Cox. I know it is in good hands for sure and that you have another to play on but the thought of someone giving someone else his guitar is a nice gesture on your part and I like it !!
BTW: Bobbe said you would know how Gary Hogue's family was doing....they OK ??
Regards, Paul

Jimmy Sarver, Tony and I worked for him in Dallas in the late '50s. The Patty Club, 1717 south Ervay street in downtown Dallas.
Tony Farr, remember out riff with the club owner? I know you remember his name!!! He also owned "The Twin Oaks " club on the Grapevine highway. Boy, were those the days? Guess I'm still really a Texan at heart!
