Johnny and Joan Cox's new Gospel Cd Deserves More Accolades
It does not get any better than their new Gospel CD "Angel Band"
The choice of materials ,and the way it is arranged and played by Johnny and Joan, should suit the taste of every steel player ,even many who might not have been gospel music fans in the past.
The great steel work by both Johnny and Joan is presented, out front, in its truest form and not covered up by a lot of bells and whistles.
I pray God continues to help me support the projects of players such as Johnny,Joan and the many others who have over given us what we have craved for years--more steel guitar recordings.
This is just one of several of their recordings. As far as I know I have them all and there is not a bad album or song in the bunch.
