Boy, you nailed that one Bobbe !! I met him at Whiskey River some time back and I was going to do a review of him in SGWM before it folded and missed out on that. What I do recall was his friendly attitude and a song he and the lead player did during the sound check that was outstanding. He said it was a Marty Stuart song and I can only imagine what Gary Hogue would have done on that number.

BTW: Would you have any information on Gary's family ? I know you were close to him and I was just wondering how they were..

Still waiting for those purple Geo L Booties.

Paul and everyone, The late Gary Hogue's wonderful wife "Nickey" and his son Elliott are living in Lubbock Texas, having left Hendersonville Tn., a few weeks after Gary's untimly death, two years and three weeks ago today. Jr. Knight is very up to date on any thing having to do with Gary also as they were very close for many years. I guess I was Gary's "Tennessee Jr. knight replacement!" A hard job as I feel no one can replace Jr. in the friendship department.

Thanks for asking Paul, You are pretty big in the friendship department also!
