Dave,

Alas, I missed your set. And I missed Jim Cohen's. And I missed the Hulas. I caught Kirchen's last tune.

I did get to see the dobro set, and it was fantastic.

I would have planned on getting there at noon, but I wanted to see Tommy and Hal and Buddy, and I couldn't see myself spending 9 hours there!

But next year, I think I'll opt for the early shift and catch the players I never get to hear.

wish I had a better memory for faces Lynn...the curse of my existence. I would have at least come & shook your hand... I DID stay for the 9 hours... so I was a bit toasty late in the day, but I wouldn't've missed that closing Jam!

Next year do come early- there'll be another group of pickers.

DOn't know who's name goes in the hat for next year (not mine) but they will be great
