How to get in touch with Steve Takacs in China?

I've tried the two email addresses I have, and I haven't gotten any response. Maybe my addresses are no good, but they didn't bounce back. I have sent them from a Hotmail account....is there a reason that maybe my Hotmail won't send to an overseas address? (Forgive me for my ignorance here...) Anyway, I'd like to get in touch with Steve, so Steve, if you see this, shoot me an email or reply to this post.

That's his latest address ( stakacs@isb.bj.edu.cn . I exchanged emails with him a couple of weeks ago at that address.

That's good. Since we haven't heard from him and with the educator's being locked up in China, I was beginning to worry. Thought he might be laying low.
