wav file to CD

Post by Ken Williams »

I ran across this site and would mind having some of these songs on CD.
www.angelfire.com/retro/crnr57/JWallace.html
They are in wav file format. How would I get some of those songs from that site burned to CD, or is that impossible?

I'm am running XP have Music Match and Roxio CD burner software.

Thanks,

ken, just right click on the songs and choose "save target as" to save on your computer then just use Musicmatch jukebox to burn your CD. files are converted to the wav format when burnin CD's so these music files will work ok.

I would use Roxio rather than MMJB. I like the CD Burning software over the added burning that is in some media players.

One other issue with making a "music" CD. Keep the CD burn speed at 12X or lower (I use 8X as my "standard") as some audio CD players will not play CD's burned at high speeds. Also use a CD-R, not CD-RW. You can use "data" CD-R's with a PC you don't need the higher priced "music" CD-R's.
