Slow Computer????

A few weeks ago I changed from Dial-up to Comcast. Now my computer has slowed to
dial-up speed.?????

Your Internet Options are probably still set to look to the dialup adapter for networking connections. Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections and set the radio choice to "Never Dial a connection." Next, click on Local Area Network {LAN} Settings and ensure that <u>nothing is checked</u> for Lan Settings, especially a proxy server. You may also have to click on the Setup button at the top and establish your always on connection to the Internet, with a dynamic IP address.
