I am using Windows XP. When internet explored is opended it opens with a little screen. I always have to go up and click on the maxamize icon.
While trying to research how to make it open the way I want someone said to hold the control key down and close the program. It seemed like that worked but then it goes back the way it was. I just cant find the answer.

Gordon, just left click and hold on the corner of the webpage and just stretch it over. This usually works. You can stretch it from any side by left clicking and holding and pulling or stretching. Hope this helps. Ray

Try it Gordon. It worked for me. It should come back large after you shut it off and come back on the web page. I hope I'm not sticking my foot in my mouth!

If you maximize a window (not drag it to a larger size) then close the Window it should be remembered and open maximized the next time.
You need to close I.E. from the maximized position. If you have it minimized (on the task bar at the bottom) and then just right click it and close it, when you open it the next time it will not maximize. Could this be the problem?
[This message was edited by Jack Stoner on 05 April 2006 at 05:08 PM.]
