Spaz fingers

It seems in the last 6 months I've developed a last finger on my right hand that likes to do it's own thing with the mouse.Actually all fingers do it now and then.

There I am typing away and dink, there's a semi-colon or two in the middle of a word. It's very annoying.

Anyone else have this problem?
