Strange email

Having Yahoo, they split emails into bulk mail and regular.

In bulk I got one from administrative@yahoo.com
Now why would they send their own message to their own bulk mail?
DELETE

In regular email there was a geniune one from Yahoo. Opened it, no problem.

Also there were four messages from-Mail Delivery Subsystem-all saying (Warning: could not send message for the past 4 hours)
DELETE

Who are these people and why can't dismember them with a returned email?

I keep getting an email that says this:

Your file is attached.

++++ Attachment: No Virus found
++++ F-Secure AntiVirus ]

I will not open it and just delete it because I am afaid it is a virus.

Well, I'll bet "administrative@yahoo.com" doesn't exist anywhere. Certainly not at yahoo. I get spam every day that seems to be sent from my OWN websites, jimcohen.com and beatswalkin.com. To ME! As if I would spam myself from my own website. Yeah, right.
