I was reading a E-Mail from a freind i bought a Steel from and all of a sudden it was gone. Is there any why i can get it back. there were a lot of improtant things about this new Steel

Depending on what email program you're using and how it's configured, you might be able to drag it back from the deleted folder to your inbox.
