My Fonts screwed?

Whenever I know there are quotes (') I see question marks (?).
A good example would be John Bechtel's signature.It is full of question marks on my machine.

It does not always happen and it sometimes shows on other websites as well.

When testing it in Feedback, it looks fine.

So Wassup?

EDIT: Here is another example, copied from Tony Davis's post in Humor:
"..I went up to them and said......ë¸£use me?...are you an item?"

Why the chinese character?

Presuming you're using Windows Explorer, click on 'View' in the toolbar, then 'Encoding' from the dropdown menue to see/select the default browser font. Maybe you are not using the right one. --Everett
