i've been gettin' a bunch of MyDoom viruses over the last few days
(they come in pairs)
thank goodness Norton has been takin' care of bizness.

In the last week I've gotten hundreds.
Also many bounced email messages, from people I never sent to. I've been updating my defs a lot more and am sure I'm clean.

"MyDoom" is bigger than the old "I Love You" virus in my experience.

The flood seems to be ebbing. I'm down to about ten a day. At its peak, I was getting about 70.

I get my email at register.com. Their interface shows a size for each email. By the second day, I just started deleting anything that was 32k.

The worst part was the postmaster messages. I had to open each of these (if they didn't include an attachment) because there was always a chance that one of my REAL outgoing emails had bounced. What a waste of time.

Whoever wrote this thing should be locked in a cell for ten years to contemplate the error of his ways.
