Strange twist of events

My WMP has never had problems streaming mp3s at soundclick.com. I always experienced issues streaming at nowhereradio.com. Recently, I had to formet my HD and reinstall OS. Now, I can stream lo-fi at nowhereradio with no problems. I can not stream anything at soundclick.com. I see the % marker go through blinking in the 1,000nds of % then say "can't open file". Anyone know what could be the culprit?
