Anybody recognize this file? It keeps popping up on my firewall. I'm afraid to click "yes"

It is a windows dial up networking application. File is usually found in Windows/System.

That much I knew. So it is generic? I don't know who or what is trying to dial. Maybe it's my Norton live update? I thought it had been working before.

From a previous post of mine:

Push "Ctrl+Alt+Delete" and write down the names of the stuff running. Then check: Answers That Work to see what they are. They also tell you if it should stay running or can be turned off.
