Screen problems

After going to Bobbe's SGN site and clicking on a couple of photo's, any webpage is now skewed down and to the right, with the right side cut off, same way as the photo's appeared on the screen. I've tried dragging the page upward and to the left, but it won't go. I've restarted the PC, but it doesn't want to correct. Of course you can click View and hit full screen, but it's not like it was originally. What causes this?
