I use Easy CD Creator by Roxio. I upgraded to the 'big' version. Think it was only $60 or so. I burn CD-R's of my .jpg files and play them on my cheap APEX DVD player. It was about $80 and plays DVD, MP3 and .jpg

Walmart has a DVD player that will play all the formats including MP3 for about $65. Sometimes this way is cheaper than upgrading the software. I have one and it works great.
