Problems with RealOne

Problems with RealOne
Why do I keep getting a message from RealOne that says I need to close some applications, or I don't have enough space to use. I have used RealOne in the past with no trouble. Why now. I am COMPUTER ILLITERATE!!!!

Chances are, you need to close some applications or you don't have enough space 
After closing anything unnecessary, clear your temp files (Tools->Internet options->Delete Cookies, etc.) If that doesn't do it, uninstall realone (Start->settings->control panel->Add/Remove programs). Then go to their website and download it again for free and reinstall it. If THAT doesn't work, you've got system issues. But try using windows media player (free at microsoft.com) instead of RealOne before breaking out the duct tape and band-aids.
