I think (hope) that the Klez virus has run its course.
I caught one the other day that only affects IIS servers. It's called W32.IRCBot. It allows a hacker to take control of your web server, and use it to launch attacks on other servers. I run several Windows web servers as part of my day job, and I noticed that they were acting strange, clogging up my LAN. I ran Symantec's virus checker and it found the bugger.
