OOps! This is similar to John Olynyk's question.
I like searching on the Patent site. I can't see the patent images, just a little square box with some red thing inside, appears in place of the picture. What program do I need to view them???
Thanks

Joe,
It would be helpful to know the site URL and what browser you are using. Most likely you need a TIFF plug-in for your browser.
Is this the site? http://65.202.253.39/patft/images.htm
If so, this should provide more info: http://65.202.253.39/patft/images.htm#req
You can download the TIFF plug-ins here: http://www.alternatiff.com/
