I am having trouble getting beyond the index. I have the Millenuim Edition of Windows. Hope someone can help me out, I hear it's a good book. Thanks, Larry

If you're talking about the Fake Books on CD from Mike Ihde, you should have received instructions with it. If you didn't, contact Mike. If you did, and still can't figure out the instructions, I'll be glad to help you out.
