Error Messages at Start up

When My computer starts up or re-booting I get 2 error messages. One says "unhandled exception error C0000005 at address 100016B8, and the other says pgmonitr caused an error in PGSDK.DLL PGMONITR will now close. I close both of these error messages down and computer seems to function normally. I tried re-installing Windows Me but it did not help.
Anybody have any suggestions.

Dan,
That is a problem with Kaaza and Windows ME.
Uninstall Kaaza (with a FULL uninstall)

That fixed it Kurt. I didnt reinstall Kazaa.
