keyboard volume control not working
I have an HP Pavilion with an HP keyboard that has a mute button and radio-style volume control knob. Since I installed the latest version of IE last week the volume control and mute won't work. I ran Scandisk, Defrag, McAfee, Ad-Aware, emptied my temp diretories and re-installed Real Player. Anyone have any other ideas? Is this a device controler issue? Thanks.

Erv,I had some computer problems a while back and when i got it "Fixed"
, the sound is no longer on my keyboard and the speaker icon is not on the taskbar, also it will not go on "stand-by".
Most of these tech's around here are like the "Bubba's" on a used car.
there ort'a be a law there somewhere.
Thanks ,
Kenny
