It can be done with the right program. Here is a link to experiment in recording Streaming Audio and converting into MP3 files.

Hi Bill, I listen to your show almost every day at work. I posted a question in the Music section, but maybe you can answer this. I've heard two live cuts on your show by Buddy Emmons and Thumbs Carlisle, Buddy's Boogie, and Breaktime. Are these available on a CD or did someone record a live show and send them to you?

Unless my Eyes are decieving me the Album you are after is Four Wheel Drive

Thanks Bill, I didn't know such a site existed. If I'm not mistaken, I think "Four Wheel Drive" was the title of a compilation album that Tom Bradshaw put together.
