In your browser (assuming IE), go to the Tools menu and select "Internet Options". Under "Temporary Internet files", click "Settings...". Set it to check for newer versions of stored pages on every visit to the page.

Hope that does it for you. That's how I have mine set, and it seems to work.

I don't know what "automatically" does. I just told him how I set mine, and it works.
