Radio Shack speakers are not consistant quality as you don't know who actually made a given speaker.
I have seen some that had a 2" dust cover over a 1" voice coil. So from the front it looked to be better quality than it actually was.
I've heard some decent ones and some really bad ones.

I saw the amp out there also. I had a similar Realistic 15" speaker in a cabinet I built and it was pretty horrible with the steel guitar. Very small magnet and very poor definition of bass frequencies.

That Webb on ebay from the front has very visible washers used to mount the new speaker. Might be a good deal at the right price if you're willing to put a new speaker in it as long as the amp is in good shape inside.

I bought a great Webb 6-14-E in Atlanta used for $400 cash about 5 years ago. It had some scratches in the chassis but ended up being one of the best amps I've ever owned.

Update: The amp sold for $510, click here, Webb serial # 1062.

Thanks guys for responding. I'm sorta
relieved that it sold to someone else.
I already have two of the nicest LTD's and
a soon to be Nice Nsv 400 with the Peavey
mod and last but by far not least, a rack
system that will blow you away.
Thanks again,
Jim
