Genesis 3 - Wacky Display
On my Genesis 3, the display keeps changing from one function to another very quickly. Whether I'm trying to adjust it, playing through it, or even when it's just sitting there turned on.
Is this some wierd mode I've gotten it into, or is it broken? It still sounds okay.

It will keep cycling through the options of whatever function you are editing until you push the edit button again, at which time it will move to the next function. Or, if you are finished editing for now, you can just keep pushing the edit button until it gets back to the named model. If you are ready to save your new edit, pushing "save" at any time will jump you right to the naming/numbering options.
By the way, I love this little beast too, even if most of the presets seem to be marketed towards the "nu-metal" market - I can make do with 48 settings for me, I spoze.
If only the two different amp models could be sent out stereo, and the order of the effects could be changed (compression after reverb for example), I could donate my rack gear to the Salvation Army or the Humane Society and lighten my load, by a heap. <font size="1" color="#8e236b"><p align="center">[This message was edited by David Mason on 11 April 2006 at 04:05 AM.]</p></FONT>
