Switching out pickups in a push-pull

Post by Gerald Menke »

I have been playing my "new" 1969 Emmons push pull for about two months now and just love it. It came to me with 910s in it, and I think I want to put its stock pickups back in, but haven't ever changed the pickups on a D-10, let alone a push pull with a tone switch on it. Is this hard to do? Any advice for me before I embark on this journey?

Many thanks

No big deal. Just make a note of where the wires go before you warm up the soldering gun.

Gerald,
I'm 30 miles north of NYC on the NJ side
( Rockland County ) ......If you would like a hand doing your pickups, feel free to take a drive up , and I'd be glad to help you out with it ....I've done this a few times before ..Jim
