What's it worth?

Amplifiers, effects, pickups, electronic components, wiring, etc.

I have an old Fender Super Reverb amp that someone cut down and made it a head w/ reverb...any thought on it's worth?
It sure is sweet sounding.

Hard to tell without knowing exactly which SR you have. There are several different models from the 60s and up.

If it is a preCBS blackface model then $400-800 depending on condition. Entire amps on Ebay go from $1500 up. Funny how Fender pricing is these days. The small amps like Delux Reverbs and Vibrolux Reverbs sell sometimes for more than the Super Reverbs.

Silverface models and blackface CBS models-- somewhat less.

The amp would be worth cosiderable more if you would buy an aftermarket cabinet and drop it in.

The # stamped into the chassis is A 18152.

I will contact anyone interested in it.

If I sell it, I will send the Forum the appropriate cut.
