Hey Gary,
Happy New Year......
My '76 Session 400 has a JBL D-130 which sounds great. There are some threads about this speaker, and it seems to be a very revered speaker.. All I know is that it sounds great with my Sho-Bud. I'm just back from a 3-set workout with it, and it honked the whole night through.

I too now feel of all the amps I have and have had , my 78 Session 400 (aluminum knobs) I just acquired is really the best.
The PS is noisy as all get go but I can fix that...
I can see one, possibly two of my amps on the auction block pretty soon, with the plan to get an additional Session 400...

No problem, Gary. My buddy downed a few Moose this season, and if I still have the pics I'll send 'em your way. There's thousands of these beasts up here.
Did you know Johnny Cash came here in '64 with his posse, downed a Moose, and served it backstage at Carnegie Hall a few days later? It's in his biography, "Cash".
No snow to speak of yet, surprisingly, but it is #@%&ing freezing up here.

All of the Session steel guitar amplifiers have their own identity. The only way to determine your favorite it to try them all out.
Now, may I direct you to our website? It is at www.peavey.com I invite you to attend the upcoming Texas Steel Guitar Jamboree to find out for yourself. Please feel free to visit the Peavey Demo Room and try out one of our Nashville Series amplifiers.
