Go to Fender's authorized service center in your area to get parts. I don't believe Fender has a customer number for ordering parts. They have too high a volume to deal in single units except through authorized service centers.

Peavey offers a toll free North American consumer phone number which is 1-877-732-8391 for parts, service and repair. Call on us if you have a need for our services.

Amen, Mike! Fender is the one the most difficult musical instrument manusfacturers I have ever dealt with to get parts or any information. After being treated rudely by their reps and even a call to the factory, I decided it wasn't worth the trouble to fix any of more their newer stuff. I can still get parts for the old tube amps from many sources and enjoy working on them. However anything from the early 80's and up is too hard to procure parts for. Most of the things from the 80's are unrepairable, as they do not offer parts anymore!

Very true,I was an original Fender account back in the 60's and my sales rep took care of every problem encoutered, he was responsible for service, sales, parts, and most of all good will. You guess it. Jody Carver was his name. Fender has gotten to big for its brithches Sorry about that. Its a sad day.

Mike...I thought the same thing you did! Image

And then I thought...well, if they do have lots of failures, maybe it is too much for them to handle! (LOL!)

Many, many years ago I used to get Fender transformers from the Peter Dahl company in El Paso, TX. Have NO idea if they're still around. They were good stuff. Used them to make blue faces into black faces.
