Nashville 1000 Slave Amp

Post by Pat Carlson »

Does Peavey make a slave amp for the nashville 1000 amp ? Is a slave amp basically a speaker cabinet for the mother amp? Or does it have it's own control knobs. Image Seems like most of the pro pickers use a setup like this at concerts.
Thanks Pat.

Is this what you are talking about? http://steelguitarforum.com/Forum11/HTML/007597.html
It may be the same for a NV 1000 too?

Get a PX300, powered extension. Just got one from Corson's Music. He may have another!

300 watts with a 15" BW just for steel.

So far as I know, they are out of production, but; there are probably still some in stock somewhere! They have a Blank~Panel, except for a Volume~Control. A nice addition to the N-1000! You can even place your Effects between them, if you want your main N-1000 Dry.

The Peavey PX300 was introduced in 1999, which is the same time that the Session 2000 and Nashville 1000 were introduced. The PX300 can be used as a slave amp with any combo amp that has a PRE AMP OUT jack on it.
