I am not familiar enough with the Webb to take this very far, but what is the light in the back that comes on? Is it the power on indicator?
If it appears that there the amp is turning on without generating bad smells or smoke the first thing to check would be the speaker jumper cable at both the amp plug and speaker posts. It's the simplest fix and also a very common point of failure.
If that doesn't do it an internal examination by someone who knows what they are doing at would be indicated.

I believe Webb amps are solid state?
First, discharge the filter caps.
Visually check to see if the circuit board is cracked. (Magnifying glass might help.)
Check component solder connections and all other connectors; Molex, multi-pin, RCA, etc. that are inside the chassis.

The light on the back shows that it's getting AC power. Most likely one of the internal connectors (mostly white and they feed the power , ground etc to the various boards) came loose due to vibration. If you could get someone to check them (when the amp is unplugged) you may find a loose connector(they just plug together) and it may solve the problem.

Is this the older, two-piece chassis? If so, remove the front chassis faceplate and make sure all wires are well connected. I think there are about 5 molex connectors that mate the two chassis halves. It sounds like the power isn't getting to the preamp/front part. Safely check/clean the grey/purple/grey (I think) connector as it carries the power to the front. They're rugged amps. It's probably a simple connection and came loose in transit.
