Question for Mike Brown

Hi Mike, first let me thank you for all your hard work to keep us going, but i've noticed lately that when i setup my 1989 Bandit or Audition Chorus amp down in my basement, i get a loud ticking sound like a slow running clock. My NV 1000 and the 1996 Bandit don't do it. Is there some kind of RF
interference shielding lacking on these two
older amps that was put into the newer ones?
When i take the amps upstairs, it stops.i
