In a trade I aquired a 1501-DT 4ohm. I finally had the chance to put it in my Webb (front loaded). When I played the low notes or the lower grips loud the speaker made a flapping sound. I manually pushed the cone back and forth and could hear and feel friction. My other speakers do not do this. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks DJ.

Doug, pull the magnet and check the gap for a small particle or two in there. If there is then use some brown masking tape to get it out. Wrap the tape on a business card, that gives it some rigidity and gets two side cleaned at one time.
