Peterson service
After one month I had a problem with my new VS-II. I sent it in on the sixth and expected it to be gone several weeks. To my surprise it came by UPS after only one week. They fixed it with no questions at all except name and mailing adress. No charge of course. I call that good service.

Howard-The folks at Peterson are very good at customer service repairs-I have seen the operation first hand and am always happy to visit there when I can-John Norris is especially catering to us steel players-If you buy a new Peterson they warranty it for one year from purchase-If something goes wrong with it during the warrantee period-they often just replace your tuner with a new one if the repairs turn out to be major

Yes, John Norris was good to deal with but my first contact was with a lady on the phone. She was very helpful, did not ask any questions, just told me to send it, and said she would be watching for it. Good people.
