Hilton Pedal & Sustain Unit

Post by Jim Saunders »

I'm considering going to the Hilton volume pedal and I'm wondering if my Goodrich Super Sustain unit is compatible with the Hilton pedal. I realize Hilton also sells the sustain unit, so, if I change, will I need both units? I only use the Boss DD3 for effects.

I just did a search on this topic and found quite a few answers. The short answer is that with the Hilton pedal you won't need a sustain unit, Hilton or Goodrich.

Jim:
You won't need the sustain with the Hilton. So here is the way to go...sell your sustain, Buy Brad's Black Box and keep the DD/3. It just don't get much better than that.my two pennies

All I'm seeing here is good advice. Man, Guitar+SGBlackBox+Hilton Pedal is the Way to go!!!!!!! You'll be set for as far into the future as I can think of for tone to the bone.
