Hi Guys
Remember the problem I was having with the reverb hum on my new steel king.Well Sam got invoved and they sent me a new one. The new one works perfectly. Thanks Sam.

Its a good thing that Sam Marshall is around to address the quality issues that come up with Fender amps on this forum. I hope Sam is relaying these issues to Fender management.

So Chuck, was the Steel-King that your brother bought actually the one we shipped for your replacement?

Inquiring minds (me & Gary, the service tech who did most of the leg work on your situation) want to know.....

Yes the one my brother got was the one you sent to replace mine. He is letting me use his until another one comes in.
