Breaking in new speaker

Post by Ford Cole »

Several forumites have suggested "seasoning" new Black Widow speakers and I'm trying this. Doug Jernigan is helping me via his gospel cd. The walkman is blaring all 10 tracks through that new 15" BW at a healthy level and yes, my wife is out of the house!

The best speaker break-in album I know of is Mark Deutsch's - "Fool". It can be found at:
www.bazantar.com

This instrument/album is mostly just intonated and has extremely high and low frequencies. I break in my speakers with this album.
