dearmond 610

last night at band practice, i noticed that the old steel player in my band left his dearmond 610 volume/tone pedal behind when he cleared out his stuff. i don't think he has any use for it, as he really only wants to play blues slide guitar (not lap steel). i really loved using it, and i want to buy it from him. i looked on ebay, and saw two- one for $150, and one for $225.
he owes me about $150 from a guitar i sold him. is this about the going rate for one of these? it's not mint, but seems to work fine.
