Nash 112, again
Can someone tell me what a Blue Marvel speaker looks like from the rear of the amp? The decal on the speaker in my new 112 reads Emminence 70777234 , and the entire speaker is black. Maybe it's the same speaker? Thanks------Skip

I checked my two N112's and neither has an Eminence or any other sticker on the back of either speaker.

The Blue Marvel speaker that is used for our Nashville 112 application is unlike the other Blue Marvels that we use in that it is the only BM that has a breather hole in the center of the magnet structure. Rather than stock a unique sticker for this speaker, I chose not to use a sticker at all to keep inventory costs down, that's all.

Mike, thanks for the info, just curious to know if i got the real mccoy since i bought mine as a "pre-owned amp in new condition". The seller told me they bought several Peavey products at the NAMM show and this amp had been a demonstrator. But it does have a killer tone and sounds fantastic with my RV-3. Oh, did i mention that it only weighs 42 lbs, great for my ailing back.
Thanks again Mike for your help and support of steel guitar and the pickers thereof.
