Anyone know what amp Jimmy Day used in 1967 ("Farewell Party" recording)?

Dean, I was at that session at Columbia B studio,..he used a Sho-Bud tube amp made by Jim Evans. I had one just like it. Jimmy's was blue. Mine was red until I went to work with Jack Greene, then Shot covered it green.

Thanks Ron-

How great to be there when this music took place. Thanks for the accurate info.

What do you think of these amps compared to modern amps? The Jimmy Day sound on that recording sounds just great to me.

Any info on the signal chain? (Mic, console, eq, or mic pre, if separate?)
