Dont know if you remember me or not. Had a problem with my Profex and the same problem surfaced last night. when I turn it on it stated again, Outputs Muted. It couldn't have been two years since I've had the battery replaced , and a mod kit installed, by you folks. I have a show in Bristol on the 8th. (tri-cities show), and wonder how I can get this resolved? please call me collect 717-352-2050. I'm normally home after 3pm EST during the week. Please help. God Bless.
